Secondrey fuses should be just under the dash on the lower kick board
main fuse box under the hood to the side of the engine bay, also check washer jets for blockage or hose leaks

It is important to always use washer fluid designed for cold weather. Even if you refill in warm months use the washer fluid with the antifreeze protection since you may not use the rear window cleaner enough to flush out all of the summer washer fluid.

Rear washer may have it's own reservoir . Can you hear a pump humming when you activate the washer? Look in the under flooor compartment

The fuse for the washer fluid is in the fuse box under the hood on teh drivers side.... There should be a diagram that will show you what fuse exactly.

It is comon for the washer fluid pump to fail. I would also check the bottle for leaks it is comon for the battery to leak and damage the pump and the bottle.
