How old is your battery? If it's more than 5 years old its time to replace the battery.
Your starter requires a lot of voltage/current to start the engine. Most of the cars accessories only require a small amount- that's why everything else works but the car won't start- the battery isn't able to produce enough voltage to turn the engine over but it can produce enough to make the lights and other accessories work.

Sir if the starter is not even turning im sorry to inform your engine might be broken. Lack of oil could be the reason. I d reccomend to send to a mechanic shop inmediately.

Alternator problem?

It sounds like your alternator. If the car were to keep running it would have been your battery. When your alternator goes bad it cannot recharge your battery nor keep the computer running. Run down to Auto Zone or something similar and they can test it for you. It will be about $100 if that is the case but most are fairly simple to replace.

There are very suspect to the TCCM (transfer case control module) more so when they have the auto function. There are a few calibration updates for the TCCM, but don't usually result in the vehicle going into neutral. I would suggest you get it scanned for TCCM codes, if there are any ECU failures relating to the TCCM, it needs to be replaced and reprogrammed.

Engine will not start

Most likely the fuel pump has failed, check the pressure while someone cranks the engine over.
