Hi James, the problem could be one or more of your wheels,,especially the front ones, could be unbalanced. If not, then one or more of the steering linkage members could be worn.To establish the latter, jack up one of the front wheels at a time and try rocking the wheel by holding it side ways looking for play. For the former, you'll just have to take the wheels to a shop that has a wheel balancing equipment.Good luck buddy.

I would say your wheels might need balancing, and possibly you need a wheel alignment.

Why is my car shaking if it reaches 100 kph?

Check tyre balance (see a tyre dealer)
also get check wheel alignment, front wheel bearing adjustment and that the tyres haven't got tread separation.
Then if not any of those show a problem, check tie rods and steering rack ends.

Vibration in the front end over 100 kph

Most likely your tires. Tires are usually the issue with speed related vibration issues. How old and how many miles/kilometers do you have on your tires and what make and model are they? Check for flat spots and bulges, even when properly balanced unevenly worn tires can give you bad shaking. If you have other noises or more severe indications at slower speeds.
