Just bought the car yesterday, started using wipers today and now the they turn off unless I remove fuse. I disconnected the battery and removed the fuse. Once you put the fuse back in and reconnect battery they come back on.

Windshield wiper motors are generally easy to replace. You need to remove the windshield wipers and take off the small grill panel above the hood and under the windshield. You should see the motor in there. It simply unbolts and unplug the electrical connector and replace it with a new one.
just get one from a junk yard to remove it just push turn and pull the only thing is that if the car has cruise control you got to cut the wire... and to install it your car push in and turn wiper will work signals but no cruise control unless you go trough steering coloum
suspect a shortcircuit in the stalk switch. 1has moisture or rain got into the switch? see if problem goes after a few days 2. use WD40 or contact cleaner into the part of the switch where the cables connect to the stalk you may have to open up the steering column or possible with thin straw nozzle supplied with the can.
1) Remove the driver side wiper (arm & blade). 2) Start the car and turn on the wipers. 3) When the passenger wiper is straight up and down .. turn off the car. This leaves the wiper in position. 4) Re-install the drivers side wiper and put it back on so its position is the same as the passenger - making them parallel
