To be honest for the work involved it would be easier to just swap out the 1600cc engine for a complete 1800cc engine. Engine cc can be set by different things. Piston bore, piston stroke, connecting rod length and so on. 1800cc pistons might simply be the wrong size for the cylinder bore.
If it's a service light , did you reset it when you last serviced it? If it's the same as most Peugeots you press and hold the trip reset button on dash and turn ignition on, keep holding the button and you will see a countdown on the screen . When it gets to zero it's done.

if it is just the heater motor they are not that bad to do
they are located in the passenger side under the dash (you may have to remove the glove box)
they are only held in by a few torx screws
