Well if you are sure it is a single bulb and not a fuse or something... Well you will probaby need to do a bit of work. Possibly removing that whole panel as though you were to remove the stereo. But it isnt actually too hard... It is all about the order you remove everything. My boyfriend can do it in less than five minutes in his cars. So... It could help to know the make model and year of this car. I am not an expert and maybe the knob can pop off but my first guess is no. So take a look and post another vid with findings and more details and then we can guide you through whatever process :)

I have a 2006 Nissan Altima, changed the light bulb and checked the fuse, the light is still not working

Do you have a multimeter? If so,
  1. Put the meter on Ohms and check that the new bulb conducts. It should show a few ohms. If it shows infinity (same as the old bulb), then the new bulb is also bad.
  2. Put the meter on Volts, turn on the lights, and CAREFULLY check that there is voltage at the socket.
If you don't have a multimeter, try another new bulb in case the other new one was bad.

The cheapest ones on this page are adequate for these measurements.

How do i change headlight bulb on citroen berlingo

Being the new style, go under hood to back of the headlight and unplug the wire from the bulb, twist the bulb retainer ring off and remove the bulb from the bucket receptacle. Put a new bulb in the same way BUT be sure to wipe ANY oil from bulb where fingers may have touched the glass of the bulb for this oil will make the bulb blow out when heated from being turned on. Put the retainer ring back on and reconnect the wires. Done.

I just recently had a headlight burn out. I went out and bought a new bulb and yes i made sure to get the right one, today i went out and put it in and i started the car and turned on the lights so i could...

Some bulbs are better quality than others.Maybe the other bulb is a brighter bulb. You can also try and adjust the bulb to make sure it is aimed correctly as this may help. I think the bulb is correct part for the car but of different quality than other bulb.

Right head light will not work. new bulb on 2001 chrysler town and country

you're my last question of the night. If you put it in, you probably touched the bulb with your fingers. the oil from your hand will stay on the bulb. when you go to cut it on, POP! It blows. Try a new bulb, use latex or jersey gloves to put dielectric grease on bottom of bulb before plugging back up.<p>
If this will not work, replace bulb socket. good luck and good night.

Bulb wont come out of fitting

Do you have a NEW bulb? The bulb assy 'twists' out (counterclockwise) and a new bulb 'twists' in (clockwise). Each bulb has a connector to it. Remove the connector, twist out the old bulb, twist in the new one, and reconnect the connector.25d2850.jpg
