What is a clunk in rear end after driving 20 minutes?

These models generally have an air suspension set up in the rear. It is very possible to have a worn shock assembly and require replacement. Have the suspension inspected by a trusted shop who knows Mercedes in your area. Beautiful cars! Let me know what they say if you have doubt about their integrity or ability.

it could be as easy as checking to see if you have a dented rim.....

or as expensive as changing the "constant velocity joints" but only if it is a front wheel driven car.....

how are your shocks?

have they repacked the rear bearings..."but only if not rear wheel driven car"
