hi, the obd port is in the centre console, beside parking brake. there is a small cover with slots in it for holding coins, this lifts up.

i always thought it was to the right of the column, just below the dash

check the out put from the computer to the obd ll port if good need to check the wiring harness ,connections and pin contacts from computer to obd ll port connections possible short,frayed or broken wire
