The vehicle will not start. The display show an odometer data error, tire pressure error and a system navigation fault. I was able to start the car using the remote start button. The battery appears to have plenty of power.

you need to remove the sensors in you factory wheels or buy new sensors to install in your new wheels. there is no way to turn this option off.

On my '06 Navigator the navigation dvd goes in a slot on the console to the left of the passenger's feet. There's a removable panel.
On a side note... does anyone have a newer dvd for Canada? The one that came with my vehicle is compile for the Quebec (*gasp*) market and is outdated.

Most likely have to wave to it on a flat bed carrier. Don't flat tow it.
Make sure the odometer is set to odometer and not tripmeter.
Stick the key in the ignition. Hold down the odometer reset button, turn the key to the on position(don't start the truck) and hold it until the lines are gone..
You will automatically see a few lines in the odometer that will start to go away. Once all the lines are gone, the counter has been reset.
