Sounds like their is a bad ground. If you can find a wiering diagram check the ground.

Please contact me if your problem presists.

Thanks, Charlie

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Could be a problem with the printed circuit board on the back of the cluster, or a bad ground.

a bad ground cable.,or the battery has damaged plates inside which may fail when the battery is under a load. check the battery cables, terminals and the main ground from the battery to the car.
you could also use jumper cables, and ground the battery to the engine block.

Your dash needs to come out. These bulbs push into a plastic piece that "twists" into the back of the dash board. (About a 1/4 turn) Unless you can get at them from underneath, but I think it's to tight.

Dash board lights

The ingition switch in the car is linked to all those parts in wiring.
I would have the ignition switch checked.
