You would first need to know if the motor has power and ground.
If your car has the automatic temp system you'll need a shop manual to get the wiring diagrams and test procedures.
Generally, the blower motor gets power from two 15amp fuses and is grounded thru the blower resistor and the switch.

Could be the blower resistor, try it in HIGH mode see if it works, usually this is the suspect. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/x,carcode,1211342,parttype,6557

SOURCE: Heater Blower

have you turned on the switch and checked for power at the blower plug? if so and you have power there then it is a blower motor if not then check fuse under dash and fusable link under hood around blower motor someplace close.

The 25amp blower fuse is powered thru the key switch.
Do you have power at the key switch for that circuit when it is in the on position ?

Heater isn't working...already replaced fuse..but that wasn't the problem.

If you mean the blower motor, you would need to check for voltage and ground at the motor then work back to the power source.
