The codes are for a lean fuel mixture.
Since more than one sensor is giving this reading, I would suspect low fuel pressure or other fuel problems.
Could also be a problem with the cooling system and the coolant temp sensor or air temp sensor not telling the computer the air is cold.

Take to autozone/advance auto or O'riellys. Have them hook up to diagnostic tester for free. Will tell you if code are hard or soft. Codes can only be cleared with diagnostic tester. Once cleared, re-ckeck for problem code and replace part. May have faulty ecm or bad ground somewhere.

SOURCE: idling rough in cold weather codes that come up

DTC P1131 DTC P1151 indicates the system is correcting RICH for an overly LEAN condition. The Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) voltage is less than 0.45 volts. This is usually due to a vacuum leak after the MAF. It can also be caused by a bad PCV valve or PCV system hose. It can also be caused by low fuel pressure or a plugged injector.

Start with the simple and clean the MAF and the IAT sensor. In simple terms, the engine is running lean and is being compensated by the ECM. P1131 is bank 1 and P1151 is bank2

Good luck and keep me posted.

check the condition of the key battery as it may be low in cold weather and not communicating properly with the immobiliser.. I suggest this because batteries generally fail more often in cold weather compared to warmer climates.
