SOURCE: Starter Bolt
Obviously you do not have the one missing; therefore I would do one of two things... Take out one of the others, if there three, then no problem the other will hold till you get the other two back in. If the one you lost is broken off in the bell housing, then you must take off the starter and drill out the broken bolt and you can get a replacement from the Ford dealer, Pep Boys or a junk yard.

SOURCE: Cannot remove the starter.
Hello and thank your for choosing fixya.com The other bolt is probably on the top; you may need to take and extension and socket and slide it above the start if possible and try to locate the bolt. If that doesn't work, you may need to get a service/repair manual to locate it. I recommend a CHILTONS as it is more descriptive in directions. Please let me know if you need any further assistance, have any questions or comments, and I thank you again for choosing fixya.com to help you with this matter.

You need a long extension and swivels for a rachet to get to the one bolt thats on top next to the block. Check for a way to get to it from the front.
