Suzuki xl7 2004 firing order

h25 engine? h27, same. this engine, not the J20 right?
just a chain job, but not cams removed or head removed, be clear on JOB, what was removed, matters.

you only need TDC #1 firing and the marks,
firing order is the cams job, (and pcm) only marks matter....!! for a chain job.

here are fsm words (why not login to mitchell's and read)
WARNING(new head)
Wait1/2hour after installing the lash adjusters and camshafts before cranking or starting the engine to allow the lash adjusters to bleed down. Operating the engine before this time period may result in interference between the valves and pistons.

the real Fsm covers this in pages 345 to 368
need that?
here read the manual all steps, skip none and win.
23pages , my guess to late.

Nissan versa wont rev over 2500 rpm

Valve timing. With a belt replace and retime. With a chain replace chain and sprockets. Move the timing mark to TDC top dead center.
Then see which plug is closest to firing it should be # !. Pull #1 plug
attach wire and see where it fires. If timing mark is way off return to TDC before repairs.

If timing chain breaks, will the car get fire?

If the timing chain breaks, the engine will stop immediatly, but there is no risk of fire. The main problem with this situation is that, if one of the valves fluctuate, it might impact with the cylinder head and make a big problem, a costly one. You'd have to open the engine to look at the cylinder head to see if it suffered any kind of damage. My suggestion is that you replace the timing chain before something like this happens and you get a bigger headache.

1996 gmc c 1500 won't start back fired & died & red light us on on my hyper teck power tuner

Sounds like your timing chain has jumped out of time, if the timing chain is old, the chain jump a few teeth putting it out of time having it fire at the wrong time when the exhaust valve is open. Check timing by pulling #1 plug - bring #1 piston to the top and line up timing mark , Ifind it easy to put thumb over spark plug hole and have someone bump the engine over and feel the pressure relief stop before you feel vacumm - timing mark should line up if the timing hasn't jumped

Engine Timing is off in my 1998 Chevy Suburban

You have it in "position one"??? I wish I knew what you were talking about.... Ignition timing? valve timing? Getting the distributor installed correctly? Getting the timing chain installed correctly? WHICH ENGINE are we talking about? You do not even need to know the firing order to put a timing chain on most GM engines....what else did you mess with?

Timing chain is replaced and it still won't crank. What to do next?

Won't that you mean the motor will not turn over at all.

If thats the case check the starter...make sure its getting power.

The timing chain has nothing to do with CRANKING THE ENGINE.

If you mean it wont FIRE...then make sure the timing is set right...that the distributor is not out of wack...could be the timing chain was put in a tooth off, and it wont fire then if thats the case.

Changed the timing chain and now i can't get the car to start it only back fires

There is no distributor,so thats not wrong ,only coils. If its back firing after you replaced the timing chain its out of time. You have to recheck the timing marks and make sure there right on perfectly. Also check any sensor and wiring around that area to be sure there not damaged.
