Batter is good new the plugs are new the wires are new
Sounds like you're not getting juice to plugs. Can check by putting screwdriver in plug wire and hold blade close to grounded metal. If no spark then start working backwards. Be careful, these voltages are very high.

check your plug wires again and check the cap and rotor sounds like either a bad cap and rotor or a couple wires backwards
