Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: Please help me to find a code for a Radio/CD in

The car came with 2 cards with the code written on them. If you can't find these cards or it was not written down in your owner's manual, you will have to remove the radio and get the serial # off it. With this serial # Honda can supply the code. Better write it down for future battery replacement. Also found mine on the inside of the fuse box cover under the hood. It's a 5-digit number and is not labeled.

because of security features in newer cars. your probrably better off taking it to the dealer so they can reset the codes.

Nesesito saber la ubicacion del amplificador de fabrica del estereo honda element04

use google translator to get English, or buy the Honda FSM and read it.
"necessary to know the location of the factory stereo amplifier honda element 2004"
free one here
http://hondatech.info/downloads/Auto/Manuals/Element/

based on a modified CR-V platform
see for self. see last chapters under electrical.
the car has at least 5 different factory installed audio systems.

the amp, in most systems its in the head head end or radio.
my online source, (no element) the CR-V shows DX model has
a separate amp. but fails to show location.

my guess, near the Radio or in trunk.
or side kick panels.?
It has 12 wires (brick like) 14pin? connector
see right speaker in dash.? the
the green-yellow wire from the speaker goes to the AMP.

Radio makes a loud bang and the radio stops working

you have a grounding issue... most likely at a speaker...
listen when it turns on and goes bang... for the speaker that is not making any noise...
the reason it is turning off is because it is going into protected mode.
