Take off the rear wheels, the bolts in the end of the axle, slide it out. Should be a small clip that holds a slide key to keep the nut from spinning off. Take off the clip and take extra care not to loose it or the small block it holds. Take the nut off, which may take a special socket as if memory serves correct it's round with indentions the socket catches for removal. Once the nut is off pull the drum with equal pressure. It should slide off. The seal inside the hub should be replaced to save axle grease ruining the brakes on reassembly. Not sure what you are doing in there so I'll skip to assembly. You will have lost a decent amount of gear lube in the process. If you've taken both drums off assemble one all the way back to the tires. Lower it and raise the other side as high as safely possible. Pour in two quarts of gear lube through the axle spindle (the opening the axle slides into) and finish the assembly. Next jack the other side back up and let it stay that way for a while. This let's the gear lube run into the hub to lubricate the bearings. After 10 minutes or so lower it and pull the high plug out of the axle housing, if fluid runs out allow it to. You don't want too much. If not add to it until it's full.
