Replace the flasher relay first, at one of the fuse boxes. It's super cheap. Other than that, check the wires as much as you can.

Hopefully not the most likly cause is that the new front lights aren't hooked up or the front bulbs are out. A hard shake to a light bulb will make them fail and the running lights can still work. Try the lights on hazard flash and look at all of the lights any bulbs that should flash that don't should be changed. but if none of them work we'll have to look deeper as the fuse for turn or hazard could be blown. After any kind of crash all the lights need checked as any numbewr of them could be knocked out
