Check wiring at driver door between the body and the door , the boot feeds power back and forth from the car to the door including your driver door speakers ,open the boot you may see that there are several or may be one wire broken , fallow colors and reattach using electrical tape . Good lock , some vehicle would require you to remove the door out the car , due to lack of space . I you have small hands you coul get lucky ,

SOURCE: ford galaxy central loking failure problem?

Hi kifixya!

The doors lock automatically at road speed and must be unlocked with the unlock switch before they will open (with the exception of the driver's door). This is how they were designed to work.

To unlock all doors with the remote keyless entry, hit the button twice (like double-clicking a mouse); the first unlocks the driver's door; the second push unlocks the remaining doors.

Hope this answers your request, andgood luck!

SOURCE: drivers door and fuel cap

Hello Alan,

I would suspect the fuel flap actuator has failed. Open the trunk. In the right rear corner is the access cover. Open it and you'll see some insulation matting near the top. Behind it is a fuse/relay carrier, I believe either fuse 55 or 56 is blown. If so the fuel flap actuator needs replaced. The fuse also controls the central locking system.

Can the immobilizer or central locking be switched off in a Nissan Almeria 2001 car?

you can remove the central locking fuse , this will stop the lock/unlock constantly , the problem is usually with the drivers door lock mechanism , that is perhaps why you cant lock/unlock with the key, lock from inside vehicle and get out passenger side, that lock should work with the key until you get the lock changed on drivers door
