My digidoor 1000n motor recently did not close all the way leaving a gap of about 60 mm and yesterday the gap seemed a bit bigger more like 100 mm how do i set it to close fully

on the rail there should be 2 cylindrical black magnetic read switches with white wires connected to them.
Those are the open and close distance units
sometimes they come loose and move with the vibration of the motor when opening the door

Where can I get a digidoor 1 garage door motor ?

I found a site that you may check out go google -type in www.hydrodoors.co.za/products
they claim to be the home of digidoors. they have an e-mail , sales@digidoor.co.za and a telephone no. 0114749060
even if they are not close to you maybe you can purchase on line and have it sent to you.

97 voyager frame rail rotting out

a good sign to junk it as the repair will be expensive to carry out . The rocker panel (frame rail ) is an integral part of the body and is responsible for the body integrity especially in an accident. If one side is rusted out then the body shell that it is a part of will be rusted as well as the other side Before repairing have the body inspected so that you will be able to cost repairs against another vehicle.

2001 izuzu tropper 3000 wont start... Injectors replaced, 12V ok on the injectors, Can it be anything related with the oil pressure on the rail (injectors)?

oil viscosity is very important, and yes if the rail oil pressure sensor is not reading correctly at least 3 to 5 Mpa while cranking the injectors will not be turned on by the engine ecu. if you can get a scan tool look at rail oil pressure sensor reading just after cranking it should drop to 0 to 0.5 Mpa if any different its no good, also check for oil leaking out of main injector harness connector near engine oil dip stick if oil leaking out of connector this pressure switch which is in oil rail under rocker cover is no good and injector harness needs replacing this is very common.

Number one injector came loose in 2001 toyota avensis d4d, removed injector pipes, wiring on injectors and rocker cover, tightened down injector, rebuilt and is now down on power.

REPLACE THE FUEL INJECTOR CANT REBUILT IT.IF YOU REMOVE FUEL INJECTORS FUEL RAIL YOU HAVE TO REPLACE GROMMETS AND O RINGS ON ALL THE FUEL INJECTORS IF NOT YOU WILL HAVE A INTAKE LEAK AT THE OLD FUEL INJECTORS SEALS.REPLACE THE FUEL INJECTOR YOU REBUILT THEY HAVE TO BE REPLACED.

I have a ford bronco ii, it Does not seem to be getting fuel, changed filter and checked timing, also had a pressure gauge on fuel pump and it had pressure. just had a new clutch put in it.

Your problem is most likely due to a faulty fuel rail pressure regulator. It is the small can mounted inline with the fuel rail with a vacuum hose attached to a hose barb on to of the unit.
