1993honda civic wont start all lights bright fuel pump primes but nothin installed new starter still nothin what next igniter

It is hard to tell from your definition what is exactly the issue..a starter draws 120 or more amps of current and headlamps draw about 12 for the pair.just because the headlamps work does not mean enough current is present for a starter.#1Jump it with a good battery and see if it cranks,if it does the battery is bad .if it cranks over but wont start, check and see if you have spark with a spark tester.,if not,the distributors are a common fault on these cars.#3 if it does not crank at all, that is a different problem.the starter has a 12v control voltage that comes from the ignition key via the ignition switch when it is rotated to start position.Check the the large wire going to the battery has 12v at the starter, then Check that there is 12v on the small wire to the starter, when the key is rotated to the start will need someone to help do this, and if it is missing ,apply 12v through a 5amp fused wire and see if the starter kicks over.if the car starts, the ignition switch is is a common fault on this honda model..if you are getting just a click, even with a good battery jumped across, locate the crankshaft pulley and using a 19mm socket and long ratchet or breaker bar, make sure the engine turns over and is not siezed.

J ai un probleme avec le chauffage de ma taurus 2002 remplacer déja radateur de chaffrette ainsi que le termostat et le ventillateur de chauffrette ne fonctionne toujour pas help please

Check the heater flow valve to make sure coolant is actually flowing in and out of the heater core. With the engine at full operating temperature turn the heater control to HOT. Feel the hoses going to the heater core. One hose (Inlet) should be very hot and the other hose (Outlet) should be very warm. If the outlet hose is not warm then you have no flow of coolant. Check the flow valve.
