SOURCE: where is the heat oxy sensor bank2 sensor1

had a 98 ford explorer with same problem. had 2 o2 sensors in the exhaust change both, if one is bad the other is right behind it. problem went away and didnt have same problem again.

Citroen c3 fault codes p1152 and 2821 vehicles throttle not working have changed throttle pedal and throttle body but vehicle is still the same


P1152 is lack of H02321 SWITCH-SENSOR INDICATES RICH and p2821 is pressures control solenoid J stuck on

P1152 code


My definition says bank two sensor one is not switching - stuck on rich.
That means the sensor is telling the computer the fuel mixture is too rich. It could be true and there is a problem with an injector or the pressure regulator, or the sensor could have failed.
Bank two is the side with cylinder number two. Sensor one is before the catalytic converter.

How do i fix the error code p1151 with service engine light coming on


P1151 - Lack Of HO2S21 Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean. If the engine is running smooth then it is P1151 Description A Heated Exhaust Oxygen (HO2S) sensor indicating lean at the end of a test is trying to correct for an over-rich condition. The test fails when the fuel control system no longer detects switching for a calibrated amount of time. possible the Oxygen sensor is defective.

P1132 = Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Rich - Bank No. 1
P1152 = Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Rich - Bank No. 2

It sounds to me like the oxygen sensors (between the engine and catalytic converters) should be replaced. Good luck!
