I assume you have bought this car new. You should have been given the code with the service manual and the method to reset the code will be in either the user manual or sound system manual. Failing finding the code and method you had better contact the dealer who sold you the car. You may need to provide proof of ownership of the vehicle

Find the person who bought this car new, take that person and the car to a Ford dealer. They will fix it for free, it is under warranty. Now that you know you have no business monkeying around with anything except the ignition key, the pedals, and the steering wheel, stay away from other things on the car.
