Question about 1999 Ford Explorer
What tool is needed for the installation? would a rubber mallet work?lol
When i replace rear main seals i use a nylon drift/block and a hammer, and tap them in evenly and carefully,
as long as the tools are not sharp and have curved edges(as not to damage the seal) and you are carefull .... and even, all is good.
i start at 12'o'clock position, then 6,3,9, in small amount, then repeat.
