Hello, let me ask some questions to help me understand your exact problem.

You have no power going to anything but, the radio?

The radio and clock do not need much power to operate. It sounds like you batteries bad.

What makes you think it's bad? This will let me know what direction you need to go.

You blew the fuse on the positive battery wire. its in a small black box that the positive wire leads to. did you accidentally hook up the battery the wrong way? i did that on my 83 civic, cause the color coded wires were the opposite. i went to O'reillys and they didnt have the same fuse, but i rigged a simillar bus fuse with the same amperage to work, now it works fine. hope this helped.

If you have replaced the starter and the battery is fine the only other thing it might be is the alternator and the drive belt

Reset maintenance light

There are 2 way to reset the maintenance light on Civic.
1. Manually reset
To reset this maintenance light, you will put the key in the ignition. Next you will press and hold the odometer reset knob, which can be found on the dash where the car's current mileage is located. While you continue holding that know, you will turn the key to the first position but do not start the engine. After about 10 seconds, the maintenance light should disappear. If the light is still on, you can turn off the vehicle and then try the process again. Once the light is off, you are all set until your next schedule maintenance.

2. Hook up a HDS (Honda Diagnostic System) software on a laptop, the light will go off within minutes.

1994 Honda Civic not starting

you need to check all fuses one by one for loose contact.leave the igtion key to on position and try to tap the fuse box, shake wires from battery going to inside the car.A testlight is effective in diagnosting this trouble.Probing the wires on the ignition switch while turning on the key.Need somebody to observe the cluster while performing the troubleshooting.

1983 honda civic wont start now

hi have you checked the leads from battery to starter are secure ? also important that the negative earth lead from battery to the engine is also secure and in good condition on the starter you should have main cable from battery and a thinner cable both connected to solenoid on one terminal ? then a thin wire to a small push on terminal? this wire is the key start wire which energises the slenoid/starter
