SOURCE: my traction and abs light comes on 2003 buick century

Check the ABS sensor there will be one on each of the front wheels and if it's not there believe it or not you have a bad ground connection on your battery post. Check all the wiring on each of the sensors make sure they don't have any 90* bends in them or you will have a faulty connection and maybe look for cracks in the protective plastic.

On 2003 Buick Century had the oil changed but the change oil light comes on when I first start the car and stays on for about 3-5 min. Is it supposed to do that or does it need to be reset?

It just needs to be reset. Turn the key on with the engine off fully depress the accelerator three times. The dash should say "engine oil life reset" if done correctly.

I just changed the oil in my 1994 buick century and the service engine soon light come on after, how do i reset this?

SES lights aren't maintenance lights, it means you have a trouble code set in the computer. Only way to "reset" it is to have it checked and repaired.
