Question about 2000 Chevrolet Blazer
I need to replace my heater core and to do that i need to remove the dash board with an emergency cable in the way(going thru dash board)
I am assuming you mean the release lever, it just slides out of a c channel on the pedal assembly then fish the cable end out of the lever and it should pull right out

SOURCE: Removing dash board on 2001
e emergency brake cable has to be removed at the pedal on the kick panel and not at the dash pay attention on removal and repeat steps to reinstall as it can be slid in from the front of the dash for new install but has to be removed in reverse steps
