Yes there is I am not sure where it is.the usually places are: Drivers side kick panel by your feet. could be on the ends of the dash broad drive or passenger side, look for small door on end of dash, you must open door to see it. Gm sometimes puts it in the clove box if it has one. If you don't find any fuses blown it could be the (BCM) Body Control Module. but may sure none are blown under the hood because the Body Control Moduel gets its power from there. Check the large fuse I think it a 60 Amp

if you don't have an owners manual get a 12 volt tester and start at the fuse box under the dash on the driverside and in most cases it is a 15amp or 20amp fuse but if all the fuses are good it could be in the headlight switch
