SOURCE: leaking clutch 85 s10 blazer

First, unless you have just done some clutch work you should not need to be bleeding the clutch hydraulic system...that shows that it's leaking. There is nothing inside the bellhousing that has anything to do with clutch fluid, so, the fluid you see is either engine or transmission oil (rear main seal or seal on trans input shaft) Could it be that the clutch slave is leaking and it's running down and dripping at the bottom of the housing? (clean it up and check that)

SOURCE: 1997 chevy s10 blazerdash wont light up when key

the dash sound's like a fuse, check the fuse box under the hood and in the door jamb on the side of the dash, also check your fuel filter and fuel pump, im betting on the pump because i have a 2001 chevy blazer that has had two replaced and it has 233000km on it!

I have a 85 s10 blazer when I turn on the key the truck act like it want to start but then die !

The truck is very old, and that type of problem can have many causes on a vehicle of that age:
  1. Poor spark or faulty ignition system;
  2. Fuel delivery issues, such as a bad fuel pump, clogged fuel filter, or contaminated fuel;
  3. Loose or slipped timing chain;
  4. Clogged air filter;
  5. Clogged exhaust

How to remove an ignition switch without a key 1999 blazer

Disasemble the sterring column, there will be a star bit bolt holding it in. I suggest taking the batt cable off, due to air bag malfunction. I hope this helps.

Need to replace 1997 e350 ford Ignition ,how can i

you dont have to remove the steering wheel on a most Ford car and trucks you insert the key turn to the on position and there is a small pin under the ignition switch that you push and it comes right out.you have to remove the steering wheel cover above and below the ignition switch.

Car won't turn over, where is the ignition switch located on a 1994 s10 blazer,battery is good.when you turn the key nothing happens.is there a safty switch somewhere in steering column?

youve got to remove the steering wheel, take the locking mecanism off, then the mecanism for the signal lights off....whitch should only have a few screws.....then where the ignition switch is.....you should see a screw that looks like it goes through the switch..remove that then give the ignition switch a tug or two and it should come out

How do i replace the key cylinder ignition on the 1991 sunbird le

This (plate) is held in place with a snap ring.You will need a special press to remove it and also a steering wheel puller to access the ignition lock cylinder.The actual switch is located on top of the steering column above the brake pedal. It is actuated with a rod from the ignition lock cylinder.
