Usually a sign the circuit or grid in the window is faulty. You may have power coming to the glass but not going thru it.
Depending on the make model and year it could also be a relay.

had same problem with windows had a flat battery then prob started,need windows resetting close windows hold button closed for 5 secs should reset

A common thing to fial on these- assumning the grid is ok, and wires are still attched to grid, is the rear def / antenna module. It is behind rt. rear quarter trim panel. The modules burn up, and also melt the connector. the module and connector would need to be replaced.

The reservoir is the same one for the front washers. There are two electric pumps on the base of the reservoir (one for front and one for rear). You probably need a new pump. It is accessible behind the panel in front of the front right wheel.
