Question about 2004 Land Rover Range Rover

I have a 2004 Range Rover, recently I had both lower and upper radiator hose replaced. Soon after I come to find out that there is another hose that comes out of the radiator that for some reason it a

It drains all my water out. I tried putting it back and it has a bracket to keep it on place for its just comes out with litte pressure.

Is this the radiator to thermostat hose? and is it fitted without hose clips? can you fit hose clips or jubilee clips?

    No it's not the thermostat hose, I think its fitted with a cls hose clips. Maybe the hose clips might to weak. Once I place the clip, I can easily move the hose from the radiator.

    definitely a fault there. they shouldnt pull out at all. make sure any o ring used in those kind of clips is good

good chance broken line going to that cylinder. it is still pushing air but just not making it all the way there look at the bleeder valve or the fill valve get spray bottle with soapy water spray suspension in the area of the valve look for bubbles.

Where is the lower radaitor hose located


the lower radiator hose is the one attached to the lowest point on the radiator to the lowest part of the engine, as opposed to the upper radiator hose which is attached to the upper part of the radiator from the upper part of the engine.

Having trouble bleeding cooling system on 2006 Range Rover. No heat and fan is blowing


The easy way need to be done:
-Make sure the is not presure in the cooling system before do thisor release carefully.
-Disconnect the upper hose from the radiator and fill water (coolant)
through the hose to the engine. If water can't get in beacuse the thermostat is closed. Simply remove it and fill untill full.

How do i remove radiator fan from my 2004 pt cruiser?

Removal & Installation
NOTE The fan motor, fan, and the shroud are serviced as an assembly.



CAUTION Do not open the radiator draincock with the system hot and under pressure, because serious burns from coolant can occur.


  1. Disconnect negative cable from battery.
  2. Remove battery and battery tray.
  3. Drain cooling system below upper radiator hose level.
  4. Remove grille.
  5. Remove upper radiator closure panel and center brace.
  6. Disconnect upper radiator hose from radiator.
  7. For turbocharger equipped vehicles: Remove radiator inlet neck.
  8. Hoist vehicle.
  9. Disconnect radiator fan electrical connector (.
  10. Remove the two lower and left side radiator fan screws and.
  11. Lower vehicle and remove the remaining radiator fan attaching screws.

    WARNING Care should be taken not to damage the radiator cooling fins and tubes during fan removal.

  12. Remove radiator fan by lifting up from the engine compartment.

To install:
  1. Install the radiator fan into position on the radiator.
  2. Hand-start all radiator fan fasteners.
  3. Tighten all radiator fan retaining screws to 55 inch lbs. (6 Nm).
  4. Connect the radiator fan electrical connector.
  5. Carefully lower the vehicle.
  6. For turbocharger equipped vehicles: Inspect radiator inlet neck O-ring. Replace if necessary. Install radiator inlet neck. Torque fasteners to 55 inch lbs. (6 Nm).
  7. Connect the upper radiator hose to radiator. Align hose and position clamp so it will not interfere with the engine or the hood.
  8. Install upper radiator closure panel and center brace.
  9. Install grille.
  10. Install battery tray and battery.
  11. Connect cables to battery.
  12. Fill cooling system.

I need to replace my radiator on a 04 Nissan Titan 5.6 2 WD, and I would like a diagram showing how to do it.


From the 2004 Titan Factory Service Manual, You can get one Promanuals. I hope this helps. It's straight forward procedure.

1. Drain engine coolant from the radiator.

2. Remove air cleaner and air duct assembly.

3. Disconnect A/T fluid cooler hoses.
(Install blind plug to avoid leakage of A/T fluid)

4. Disconnect radiator upper and lower hoses from radiator.
CAUTION:
Do not allow coolant to contact drive belts.

5. Remove the lower radiator shroud.
( Release the tabs, pull lower radiator shroud rearwards and
down to remove.)

6. Remove the radiator shroud upper bolts and remove the radiator
shroud upper.

7. Remove the A/C condenser bolts and brackets.
NOTE:
Lift A/C condenser up and forward to remove from radiator.

8. Remove A/T oil cooler bolts and oil cooler from radiator and
position aside.

9. Lift up and remove the radiator.
CAUTION:
Do not damage or scratch air conditioner condenser and
radiator core when removing.

Were is the thermestate on the 99 range rover


Look where the upper radiator hose connects to the engine. Almost always that is the location of the thermostat. If it is not there look where the lower hose connects.

QUITE SIMPLE THE SERVICE INDICATOR NEEDS TO BE RESET AGAIN YOU MIGHT HAVE TO TAKE IT TO RANGE ROVER DEALER THOUGH.
