CO306 is clearly an "insufficient strobe lights" error.

SOURCE: I have a 2004 buick rainier and i,m getting a code po410

P0410 Secondary Air Injection System Malfunction
I am very familiar with this failure code, you are going to have to replace the secondary air injection pump, it has a failed motor in it, the code really indicates no airflow from the pump when commanded to be on.

SOURCE: I have a 2004 buick rainier with a sagging rear

The suspension levelors are vaucumn controlled, look for a leak in the vacumn lines and the levelors, sometimes to ease up your search you may use a spray solution of soapy water while the system is engaged to try to pin point the source of the leak.
Kinked, twisted, pinched or broken vacumn hoses are a straight forward sure sign of the problem repair/replace the defect and recheck your work to be sure it is repaired properly after the fix.

Why would I have to change a 2004 Buick rainier transfer case what would be the problem?

If it will not disengage the transfer case out of 4wd drive then pull it and have it checked out . Understand that if you drive in 4WD on hard surfaces then there is drive line torque wind up that occurs as the front and rear wheels cannot even out the differences in travelled distance because there is no mechanism to allow this to happen . Consequently any shifting mechanism like levers -actuators - motors will not shift as the teeth load prevents it from happening..4w is for off road and snow and ice conditions where the wheels can slip and equal out the wind up. Any way driving in 4wd on hard surfaces dramatically increases fuel consumption from the torque wind up situation.

How do I turn on the 4 drive of a 2004 Buick Rainier. Where is it located?

The Buick Rainier is AWD and doesn't give you the option. Only the TrailBlazer and Envoy have the option to switch to 2WD or 4WD.

you need to replace the tccm and get it programmed.

2-04-21-006E: Inoperative 4WD/AWD Lamps, Inoperative 4WD/AWD System, DTC C0550 Set No Communication with TCCM (Reprogram Transfer Case Control Module) - (Jul 20, 2006)

This bulletin is being revised to add Subject information and change the labor operation. This bulletin cancels and supersedes Bulletin Number 03-04-21-006. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Numbers 02-04-21-006D and 03-04-21-006 (Section 04 -- Driveline/Axle).
ConditionSome customers may comment that the 4WD/AWD indicator lights on the selector switch do not work, or the 4WD/AWD system may be inoperative and/or the service 4WD light is illuminated. The condition is typically intermittent and always occurs at key-up. Upon investigation, the technician may find DTC C0550 set.
CauseThe Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM) has not received the wake-up call during key-up and has remained in the "sleep mode".
When the TCCM is in the "sleep mode", it will not communicate with the class II bus or the Tech 2®.
Correction
  1. Try to communicate with the TCCM. If no communication, go to step 2. If communication is possible, go to step 5.
  2. Remove the underhood (ATCM or TREC) TCCM fuse.
  3. Wait 30 seconds.
  4. Reinstall the fuse. The module should "wake up" and communicate with the Tech 2®.
  5. Check for codes in the TCCM. If a C0550 is found current or in history with or without other codes, replace the module and go to step 6.
  6. Reprogram the TCCM with the latest TIS software using normal SPS procedures.
  7. Verify operation and that no codes are present.
Important: For the 2002 model year, the TCCM must be replaced and reprogrammed.

The air conditioning is blowing hot air and the rear air is saying that it is off when the power is turned on to the unit. It is a 2004 Buick Rainier.

The control head may have some issues, this model does, but there is a possible chance the actuator motor that controls the temp door is most likely not working.

Buick rendevousz headaches

I own the 2002 Buick Rendezvous CX and I've encountered the same problems listed here. The ABS / Traction Control Lamp stays on and was throwing a code for the left wheel speed sensor as well as an anti-lock brake code (both in the wheel bearing hub assembly). I replaced the left and right front wheel hub assembly yet this did not eliminate the abs codes.
Ultimately, I traced this problem to a break in the wire that leads to the left hub assembly. Although the sensor was properly connected, the wire (which is encased in a plastic housing) was broken. This is the wiring which leads from the abs wiring harness under the hood down to the left wheel abs sensor.
I would suggest that you simply remove the left wheel and inspect the wire that leads to the abs sensor (there is only one wire on each wheel). Mine literally fell apart when I removed the plastic housing around the wire. I spliced the wire together and put it back in the plastic housing. After this, my abs codes disappeared and my anti-lock brakes began working again!
This is a simple fix that many people spend $1000 + on by replacing the hub assembly which does not fix the problem.
