sound like u didnt torque bolts down right or head is warped to fix take apart again then take head to get cleaned and plaind then double check torque specs

there are freeze plugs on back of block,between tranny and block. there are also ones on each side of block underneath exaust manifold.

You must remove the inside door panel, and the plastic behind that and move the window so you can get at the bolts or hex nuts on the inside of the door, Also do you mean the exterior door handle or the latch itself?
