there is a breather pipe running long the filler pipe, if u look at the furl cap there should be a small hole that lets out air as u fill up, i think that this is blocked .

Its a fact the pump will kick off on some makes especially trucks. here is a hint. When filling up insert the nozzle fully and then pull it back one inch. This way it will not stop or splash back at you which some pumps do

SOURCE: cannot fill truck with gas
there's a ball in side the filler neck, if that ball stuck gas will push upward and cause the pressure to shut the pump.
you can remove the filler neck to inspect for the ball stuck in there

its not a problem theres just high pressure coming out of that gas pump your car wont take gas that fast try not squeezeing the handle all the way down
