You don't say what the make model and year is, but the answer is no.
A bad radiator could make the engine run hot, but have no affect on the injectors.

I have a 2002GMC Sonoma 4wd with a 4.3l edi and cmfi. I have a random missfire code of p0300 and i have changed spark plus wires cap and rotor and right bank upstream o2 sensor still skips

Fuel injector's not firing ? edi and cmfi ????? What do you thing this means . Center port fuel injection ! The powertrain control module (PCM) enables the appropriate fuel injector on the intake stroke for each cylinder. A voltage is supplied directly to the fuel injectors. The PCM controls each fuel injector by grounding the control circuit via a solid state device called a driver. A fuel injector coil winding resistance that is too high or too low will affect engine driveability. A fuel injector control circuit diagnostic trouble code (DTC) may not set, but a misfire may be apparent. The fuel injector coil windings are affected by temperature. The resistance of the fuel injector coil windings will increase as the temperature of the fuel injector increases. Is there spark to the plug wires for those cylinders ?

the code indicates a bank 1problem.so anything that is common between both sides of the motor will not set this code,if anything it would set a different code and show a common code for both sides of the motor, vacuum leak would not be the problem as it would also affect the way the motor runs, bad /dirty maf sensor again affects both sides and a code difference, bad coolant again affects both sides and different code,an 02 sensor can show which side the problem is and could cause the setting code.bad spark plugs can also cause this code, an injector one or more for this side can cause this, bad fuel pressure regulator will affect both sides again.so I would check spark plugs, check the 02 sensor for proper voltage readings on the left side of the motor(driver`s side),it`s uncommon for injectors on one side to only go bad and not injectors on both sides.if the plugs are okay and don`t need changing you may need to check for tune-up items such as plug wires.it sounds like the motor is not burning the fuel properly giving the rich running code

Fuel delivery component fault that affects only Cylinder 1 ON 2.4L ENGINE?

Good Evening, a fuel delivery fault only affecting one cylinder is a pickle in some cases, the nice thing is the individual injectors can be tested and a noid light (a light that flashes when the ecm sends pulses to the injector plug in). First thing would be to ohm out your injectors with a digital multimeter, and if they all ohm out the same you might look for a set of noid lights and try that on the plug in for the cylinder you have in question. Hope this helps.

you can have worn injectors over time the knozzle gets worn and it affects the spray pattern and along with that it affects the atomization of the fuel...but you can also have your injectors professionally cleaned with a pressurized treatment , most well equipped dealers and some independent shops will be able to do that service.. at the same time have them clean the throttle body and plenum of any residue build up... please rate my help, thanks...
