Car wont start but all lights are on making a clicking sound
SOURCE: Wont start when weather is cold.
Tune up... its flooding when its cold due to the plugs being worn out...
SOURCE: noise in steering column when starting car in cold
this is simply a fluid issue try draining steering fluid and replacing it make sure to start car after top up and turn steering full lock a few times in each direction and top up to max as required done
SOURCE: car wont start in the rain/cold weather changed
Check for fuel delivery problem by spraying starting fluid into the intake and observing whether it starts for a few seconds or not. If it does start, and dies, then the fuel pump may be at fault. If it doesn't start at all, check for spark with a spark tester off of one of the spark plug wires.
SOURCE: won't start in cold weather
Are you saying the starter doesn't spin the engine over? The click it comes from the engine? If so then you have a defective starter solenoid, the design of the starter used in this truck is Japanese, the problem comes from the heavy electrical contact in the starter solenoid get burned away, when it is cold the large metal contacts shrink and make no connection, heat it up and the contacts expand just enough to make the connection and supply battery power to the starter motor itself. Replace the starter and the problem will go away if the answer was yes to my 1st two questions. If you want to replace just the solenoid parts then you can get them most likely from HERE
