I have been advised that the timing may be out.its struggling 2 start first thing .once it starts it is making a roaring and poping noise.it hasnt caused any loss of power.there .there is some smoke and black mark left on floor,thats only when first started in a morning.i have done a oil change,put new air filter on,put injecor cleaner threw the system.also i have puta a lubricant which lubricates all parts including the turbo.please any advice.
Have you checked the heater plugs? if one is out it will be hard to start. Does it run sweet and clean when warmed up?
no its making a growling,and poping noise.thought it may b turbo but it still picks up speed as normal.somebody had said it may be the actuater valve
Hi Nola, Growling is usually exhaust problems, popping noise could be a broken valve spring, that's pretty serious, or exhaust manifold gasket blowing. Is it quiet when at idle speed? If it pops when pulling it is usually manifold, hope this helps

if its diesel, attach a tube to pipe leading into primer pump.[black bulb ]. attach a pump . and tube from outlet of pump to container pump out diesel till empty. if petrol locate pipe feed from tank and connect to it same as earlier

is it low on oil? if so it could be an internal oil leak (wouldn't be able to see) or external but you didn't say anything about that... if level is good replave the oil pressure sensor
