Passenger side under the dash... tho there is a chance it's mounted on the passenger side inside the engine compartment

Sounds like a air lock in interior heater core, remove one heater hose under hood and make sure you have flow through heater core. Some vehicles have a valve that controls coolant flow through heater, check on hose for that if no coolant comming out of inter heater hoses.

.heater fan blows but no heat. 1992 fleetwood. It


check the thermostat, it may be stuck closed. if it is stuck, the coolant circulation by passes the thermostat through the by pass hose. and does not go through engine. this is why it does not get warm.
