Drain all the oil and put the oil pan nut back in then fill it with liquid wd-40. Let set for a while 2-3 wks. Drain that and use a wrench on the crank shaft to loosen.

Check to see if there's water in the oil pan on the dipstick. If so, you warped your cylinder heads and/or block... but I think your engine block is steel.

Toyota corolla, engine seized

the first thing I would do I would check my alternator belt if it runs w pump and alt this could be the problem of overheating and dead battery on the engine part what I do is put a socket at the crankshaft bolt and turn it with a 1/.2 braker bar if it turns the engine is not seiced be sure the engine is off to this tests.

Seriously overheated my 1999 sebring then something broke in the engine and know the engine wont turn even when on jacks and turned by hand. can u tell me what u think happened

If you overheated your engine to the point where it won't turn over, even by hand, then the engine is seized, probably due to the piston rings getting hot enough to melt into the cylinder walls. Start looking for a replacement engine.

Have a 95 chevy lumina, the oil light came on and the engine died. Added oil, now car will not start.

How long was the oil light on before the engine died? Did you hear any noises coming from the engine before it died? If the oil light was on for a while and you were still driving on it, the engine could have seized up which would explain why it won't start back up. Do you know why the oil light came on? Do you have an oil leak that you're aware of or have you seen blue smoke coming out of your tailpipe while driving? There are a lot of different scenarios that could have happened with this.

Chevy C-1500 dies after running for a while. Sounded like fuel pump was erratic - shut off - then engine died. The truck will start right back up and die again after a minute or two. Temperature outside is...

If the mileage is over 100k, it's ripe for a pump. Put your Nike's on and "Just do it". Really just for peace of mind, if the pump has not been done, it's due and they always go when you're trying to get a pregnant woman to the hospital or you've won a lottery and you need to pick up the prize in a hurry.
