The threds are standerd, I had to use a cheeter bar in order to get the nut to turn and then there is a threded hole next to one of the studs, useing a 12 MM course threded bolt screwed down into said threded hole the rotor came off as easy as can be.

Sounds (i can't know for sure unless i can test it) like a bad relay or a connection is broken. Have you checked underneath the hood in the fuse box in the engine bay?

The most common problem with ac is that the system is low on gas. this system is under high pressure and a certifeid ac tech should check it, if theres not enough oil in the system it will damge compressor or if to much or to little freon gas is in the system damage will occuralso in 1994 the gas used was R12 gas and the system may need to be switched to the new feron gas 134A.
