There are for Philip screws holding your tail light cover onto your dodge. Step 1: Just remove those screws and pull the cover off.
Step 2: Remove the light bracket out of the cover and replace with a 1057 bulb.
you need a head light switch. buy from carquest (significantly less expensive then dealership). remove knobs (small insert on pull knob press in with a small flathead while pulling towards you, twilight knob pops right off)
take off the cover plate over steering wheel (pop out with flat head screwdriver)
then cover over instruments (small torx bit 5 screws, 2 hidden by previously removed cover).
open the trunk.
pull back the cover on the side you need to change, there are usually 3 black plastic nut you have to remove before doing this.
after the trunk interior cover is pulled off there are 3 nuts, 11mm wrench or socket will take them off. pull the taillight assembly out and twist the socket out containing the bulb that is blown. the bulb just pulls out of the socket. while the bulb is out you should inspect the socket for corrosion, it wont hurt to clean it up and put some die electric grease in there
