Question about 2001 Pontiac Grand Am SE
THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL KNOB BROKE OFF AND I CAN'T GET THE KNOB TO TURN TO THE WARM(RED)SECTION SO I HAVE NO HEAT--HELP??
Use a pair of needle nose pliers to turn the metal shaft clock wise for hot counter clock for cold until you get replacement nob. DEALER ITEM

Pull off one of the other knobs and use until you can get a new one from dealer.
