remove coupling from top of steering rack ( make sure you mark postition of coupling first with centre punch so the replacement will be in the same position)
remove covers from steering column and ignition + anything else attached to column. good luck

Nothing fancy. Just a standard socket set, and a phillips screwdriver. Unscrew the knee bolster to gain access to the two 10mm bolts along the column (top) everything else is pretty evident. Nothing extreme.
