Cylinder #1 misfire. If the engine is running fine the code will reset on it's own after 40 cycles of the ignition key. If the engine is running poorly it could be due to bad spark plug or coil pack.

SOURCE: How do I change the lowbeam headlight on my 2003 Chev Trail Blaze

To Replace:

  • Remove the headlight bezel retaining screws. Remove the bezel. If necessary, disconnect the turn signal lamp wires.
  • Remove the retaining ring screws from one or both lights.
  • Remove the retaining rings.
  • Remove the light from the housing. Disconnect the wiring connector from the back of the light.
  • Push the wiring connector onto the prongs at the rear of the new light.
  • Place the new light in the headlight housing. Position it so the embossed number in the light lens is on the top.
  • Place the retaining ring over the light and install the retaining ring screws. Tighten them slightly.
  • Check the aim of the headlight and adjust it, if necessary.
  • Install the headlight bezel. Secure it with the retaining screws.
  • Connect the turn signal lamp wiring (if it was disconnected).

SOURCE: I have a 2003 Trail Blazer with code 442 coming up.

I had the same problem with my 2003 Trailblazer EXT. It was a leak in the "evap" system at the gas tank. They did a smoke test to locate it and found that one of the three or four little devices on the top of the tank was leaking. Could not just repair/replace the part or gasket, but no... had to replace the whole fuel tank. $900.00 later. What ever happend to good ol sealant???

SOURCE: CODE P0172 IN A 2003 TRAIL BLAZER CABIN AIR FLOW

P0172 System too Rich (Bank 1) check the MAF sensor , check for vacuum leaks , you can clean the MAF sensor with electronics cleaner,, be sure and dry it off when your done, also check the fuel lines for cracks, or pinched lines, check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail, add some fuel injection cleaner to the fuel tank, you may have a clogged fuel injector,, and check for any exhaust leaks before the O2 sensor on the bank one side of your motor . As far as your fans not working, check the fuses and switches in that circuit for shorts or bad switches

2003 freeland code p1319 , misfire code po301,po302,po303,po304, misfire at idel, high speed drive fine,

OBDII those codes generally mean misfire.

P0300 multiple missfire
P0301 missfire cyl 1
P0302 missifre cyl 2
ect.

Ensure you have the proper spark plugs. Check the coil boots/wires, look for burn marks. Anything beyond that you may have to take it back to the shop.
You are misfiring on all 4 cylinders and it is not spark plugs. Those misfires if not addressed can cause serious engine and/or cat converter damage. There are lots of things that could be causing it and most of them need to be checked out at a shop - unless you want to invest several thousand dollars in the appropriate equipment and training.

WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF THE PO301 CODE?

The error code p0301 ,This code is related to misfire.The cylinder is misfiring. p0301 this is the indication of cylinder number 1 ,that is misfiring.If the code comes up as p0300 this is the indication of random misfire from all the cylinders.But in your case its indicating p0301 this is indication of cylinder 1 misfire.Check cylinder 1 and replace the faulty cylinder 1 to clear the fault.The spark plugs and the wires connecting to spark plugs also needs to be checked. Keep updated with any more query.Thanks.

2000 honda crv p1399 and p0301 check engine codes

Code P1399 is specific to Honda - it is an error code for "multiple variable misfires detected". P0301-P0304 are common OBDC codes for all cars, specifically "misfire in cylinder X".

You will get the P0301-P0304 codes on your OBDC reader when you plug it in (if actually errors), but will only find the P1399 if you select Honda as the manufacturer.

Just got these errors today on my CRV 2000. Now I have to figure out what is causing two of the cylinders to misfire.

TROUBLE CODES PO301 & PO306 HAVE ALREADY

P0301 = Cyl no 1
P0306 = Cyl no 6

If you have changed plugs and leads and confident that they are now ok you need to run a compression check on all the cylinders, I'd emagine they should all be running at approximately 150psi per bore, if 1 & 6 are down it could be the head gasket, timing or piston rings.
