Question about 1994 Ford Explorer Limited
Expensive way: Go to a body shop and tell them what you want. This should cost around $ 1,000 - $2,000,as they will need to make the headlight housings from scratch, or cut sections from a used car and weld them into your headlight holes. The job you want is called "customizing", and there are a few places in big cities that still do that.
Cheap way: Buy a pair of round headlights with housings and mounting brackets at a auto parts store and fit them on to the front bumper, the grille, or the top of your car with custom made brackets.
That way you will not have to alter the shape of your front fenders, and you will not need to have any part of your car painted.
Should cost $150 - $300.
P.S. Way # 1 will have your lights using the regular headlight switch. Way # 2 will have you turning on your lights with a switch maybe under the dashboard.
