The best thing to do is to buy a Chilton,s repair manual. It has step by step procedures. You can get one at most auto parts stores. They coast anywhere from $10-$30 dollars.

first ... look in the fuse panel.. in the engine compartment near the battery for the fuel pump relay.... replace that... if still no sound from the fuel pump it has likely failed. use a meter to test for voltage at the fuel pump.... or use a car battery to apply voltage to the fuel pump directly... if it starts up the issue is elsewhere. to replace the fuel pump you will likely need to drop the fuel tank.

If fuse is blowing you probaley have a short in the wire get a wiring diagram locate stress point in wire first such as door jams check for resistance in the wire if none there is a short somewhere

CHECK FUSE + RELAY TO FUEL PUMP.IF THEY CHECK OUT GOOD.YOU HAVE PCM PROBLEMS. MAKE SURE PCM FUSE IS GOOD.YOU CAN BUY A HAYNES REPAIR MANUAL.IT HAS ALL OF YOUR ELECTRICAL DIAGRAMS.
