Question about 1995 Pontiac Bonneville
From what you're saying it sounds like a ground problem. If you take the trim off around the floorboard on the driver and passenger door and pull back the carpeting, you will find a ground supply. It's not normal and after 17 years of being a mechanic this is the first time I have seen this. If you unplug all the wires and clean it up, it should fix your problem. It makes no sense to put grounds right where the water from shoes and boots will drip.

SOURCE: I have an electrical problem.
well the window and seat problem is probably a broken wire in the harness between the door and body open rubber boot and inspect and repair
the fuel i would start by checking for power at connector back by fuel tank you should have power with key on for about 10 seconds then turn key off and wait for a few seconds and try if you have power it is probably the fuel pump

SOURCE: 1995 pontiac bonneville stalls
I just went through lots of troubleshooting and expense on my 1996. Whenever I would lift my foot off the accelerator and was below about 30 mph, the rpm's would starts jumping around and sometimes it would stall. If I gave it a little gas (accelerator), I could sometimes keep it running. It also backfired once in a while. Starts right back up. Also, if I let it idle while in part, it would die after 1-2 minutes.
I ended up finding a hole in the fuel regulator. About a ~$70 part if you get an AC Delco, but very simple to change.

Probably a bad pump ground. Had the same problem, fuel pressure is weak or none at all, no power accessories would work (windows, mirrors, locks, ect.)

The power door locks and power windows in your vehicle are computer controlled. Each door has a computer module in it which operates the door lock actuators and the power window motors. All of the modules are connected together through the Class 2 data circuits. A scan tool capable of communicating with the body control computer systems in your car is required to properly diagnose and repair your door lock system.
