Question about 1996 Buick Riviera
I started the car and turned it off for a few minutes, tried to start it back up again and it had no juice at all. I think I have a problem with the battery cables or the terminals are loose and need to be checked
The battery is under the rear seat

Belt has automatic tensioner, cannot be tightened. might need a new tensioner or an alternator or possibly a wiring problem.

Check the Belt Tension and the Alternator. It sounds like the Belt may have a Little Play in it and is not allowing the Battery to Charge.
