Replacing left rear turn signal bulb

I'm trying to replace a burntout left rear signal bulb and I can't figure out how to get at the bubl. You can't do it from inside the trun so I assume you have to remove the red glass but I'm having issues figuring that out. Help!!

It should be from within the trunk... you may have to remove some carpeting in the corner you want to change the bulb tho

Did you check the fuses for the turn lights? Do the
parking lights work? If the parking lights work then you probably have a
problem either in the switch or in turn signal module thing.
The burned out bulb is what might be causing it not to blink... if one bulb is burned out you gotta replace it, make no difference if front or back, the left blinker will not work if the left front or rear bulb is bad.
same with the right side. if the front right or rear right turn signal
light is burned out it will not work.....get replacing the bulbs.Hope this solves your problem. Please rate me if my solution helped you.

My left turn signal flashes rapidly after applying the break

Check your bulbs sound like one is burnt out, or it is not properly grounded. Good luck.

How to replace rear turn signal bulb 99 park avenue

Replacing a front turn signal bulb is easy, as I just did my own. On the front driver's side, look at the wheel well splash panel and you'll see one plastic pin. Use a claw hammer and pull the pin out. Now just pull the plastic splash panel out of your way.

Look behind the front bumper and you'll see the light fixture. The top left wire and & bulb socket is right there. Give the socket a 1/4 turn to the left and you have access to replacing the bulb which is a 194, available at any parts store, 2 for $5.00.

My 1991 plymouth voyager van has the right signal working just fine but the left just doesnt work at all. both front and back. at times my left rear signal will work. then it will suddenly just turn off....

the bulb assembly may have a short in it. when you replace the bulb in the left side, try applying bulb grease to the bulb itself. this way,the connection to the left bulbs not losing connection.this will assist you in replacing all of your bulbs in the future. add bulb grease. thank you for choosing

My left turn signal works but it wont blink which fuse is it? or is it something els?

It sounds like the flasher relay is stuck closed. It is located under the left side of the dash, to the right side of the steering column. Try replacing that and double check if you recently replaced any bulbs that they have the correct base for the sockets. Sometimes the bulb might look right but the base is slightly different. The correct turn signal bulb for your vehicle is a 2057, and an EL12 or FL12 for the flasher relay.

I tried replacing the right rear turn signal twice. Still only get a fast on-off flash on the dash and only the right front signal works. Left turn signals are fine.

The circuit boards in Chevrolet tail lamps ar notorious for going bad. Dorman makes a replacement circuit board, part number 70006 . the same part number will fit either the left or right side of your Trailblazer.

Warning light says "check left rear turn signal bulb"DID SO. replaced bulb. same message.flashes rapidly. would try replacing relay if i could find it.Where is it located and how do I get to it

I would check the fuse, all the fuse with a tester. As it will not say left rear turn signal and if I had to guess I would say it is a mini fuse under the hood. Hope this helps tim

Sidelight flashes too fast

Replace the blinker. It is a small round cylinder under your dash. A common cause of this is that there is a burntout bulb on the back . Not the one thats blinking. You will see the signal indicator arrow blink really fast.If not then it is the blinker.
