Look closely at the cover. You will see a small slot. Insert a small flat blade screwdriver, and pry it off. Very easy..

SOURCE: Toyota Camry 1995 Check Engine Light (stays on)

usually when this occurs (engine light) the ecm has detected some type of failure with one or components of the engine. ur gonna need to have a diagnostic scan done to determine the source. If the vehicle is OBD certified autozone part stores will do it for free. to be sure that its not just a minor "hickup" u can reset yous car's ecm urself by disconnecting the positive battery for 1 minute. if the engine light returns then i would have a diagnostic scan done. SOURCE: 1995 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder runs hot

Hi,

Firstly, ensure you have the required 'mixture' of coolant/water (must have required coolant).

Second, I would recommend you re-test all the cooling system sensors again (make sure they're within specifications), in case a new one is faulty.

Third, ensure the new thermostat was of the correct temp setting (they all differ), so that it opens at the required time. Most cooling systems operate within 90 - 100degC.

Fourth, make sure the radiator (and associated hoses) aren't blocked.

If your temp gauge is reading higher than normal, but NOT in the danger zone...then this can be considered normal (especially if you've replaced with new components) and nothing to be concerned about.

However, if the temp gauge IS in the danger zone....then this suggests the coolant is not flowing through the cooling system properly.

If all above components test ok, then it's possible your water pump may not be pumping enough volume.

Cheers,

SOURCE: 1989 Toyota Camry. No brake lights.

It could be the relay, which is a yellow box located under the carpeting in the trunk on the left side. It is a problem common to your model. Also, check the brake switch's (behind the brake pedal) functionality (12V present with key at ACC or ON and continuity between wires when button engaged).

i hope this helps

1995 toyato camry battery light and picture of a car with rear lights

Does your car have a spoiler that was added on after the car was made? Sounds like to me that the brake light relay in the trunk could need replacing. When it starts giving you problems that light in the dash comes on. The relay is located if my memory serves me correct under the trunk cover on the driversside of the vehicle.More than likely you will need to get the new relay from the toyota dealer.

This light tell you that you have a tail light out, most common is a brake light. Once you replace the rear tail light that out the light will go away. The tail light bulbs can be accessed through the trunk.
